Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 8 years of relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary with 4 years related experience.
• Ability to identify hardware, software and technology solutions for business operations.
• Experience with networking protocols and cyber security fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced on-site IT consultation and assistance to users and teams.
• Evaluate technology needs and recommend hardware, software and solutions.
• Lead technology improvement efforts to reduce operational risk.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and business teams on tech decisions.
• Review and improve technology configurations for security and reliability.
