Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology or related field required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure engineering, or solutions architecture.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams.
• Experience supporting both enterprise IT and operational technology environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud and on-premises infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead distributed teams responsible for end-user support, infrastructure, networks, and operational technology.
• Maintain reliable day-to-day services across cloud, on-premises, and industrial environments.
• Guide infrastructure architecture and engineering decisions with a focus on security, scalability, and resilience.
• Oversee incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Support the integration and security of IT and OT systems, including industrial control systems.
• Manage vendors, technology projects, service standards, and operational processes.
• Provide technology support for business changes, including acquisitions and system integrations.
• Partner with business and technical leaders to prioritize improvements and resolve operational risks.
