Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a systems engineer, infrastructure engineer, or solutions architect.
• Experience supporting both IT and OT systems, networks, and operational processes.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, cloud and on-premises infrastructure, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and enterprise operations.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-user support services and infrastructure operations.
• Overseeing network and security engineering and disaster recovery planning.
• Leading IT/OT integration initiatives and incident response.
• Supporting mergers and acquisitions, vendor management, and project delivery.
• Ensuring operational governance across global IT/OT environments.
