Job summary

Figure is an AI robotics company based in San Jose, CA, seeking an IT Operations Specialist to support on-site IT services across HQ buildings. You will work closely with the IT team, ensure prompt problem resolution, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year IT support experience across Linux, Windows, and Mac environments, with familiarity in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and JIRA. This role demands an in-office presence five days a week.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT support experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong troubleshooting across Linux, Windows, and Mac platforms.
• Knowledge of network basics and VPN provisioning.
• Proficiency with video conferencing tools (Google Meet/Zoom).
• CA Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.
• Support onboarding/offboarding of Figure employees.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance.
• Provide IT services support across Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.
