Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of related IT experience in a complex environment; seven years preferred.
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
• Experience in enterprise IT operations and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the IT Help Desk and staff.
• Enforce help desk policies, metrics and reporting.
• Maintain enterprise systems and address technology issues supporting agency operations.
• Ensure security and disaster recovery plans align with regulations.
• Coordinate scheduling and promote customer satisfaction.
