Job summary

Effortless Office is seeking an experienced IT Manager embedded with Sacramento SPCA to own technology end-to-end, including hands-on support, onboarding, budgeting and vendor coordination.

This on-site role sits within our MSP-driven team, balancing client needs with our full-service resources, and requires 5+ years of hands-on IT in hybrid environments, strong communication, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of broad IT experience in a corporate, MSP, or healthcare setting.
• Experience partnering with MSPs in a co-managed IT environment is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT or CS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as IT authority for day-to-day technology function at Sacramento SPCA.
• Communicate tech changes clearly to staff and present updates to leadership.
• Coordinate escalations and partner with Effortless Office to implement IT roadmap.
