Job summary

Planned Parenthood California Central Coast (PPCCC) seeks an IT Technician to provide first-level technical support to staff, troubleshoot hardware and software, and document resolutions. You will collaborate with the MSP to resolve complex issues and ensure timely, courteous support in person, by phone, and by email.

The role reports to the Director of IT & Compliance and covers onsite and hybrid staff, with travel between PPCCC sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Coursework, training, internship, or up to one year in IT preferrred.
• Entry-level candidates with strong customer service skills and technical aptitude will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to PPCCC policies and protocols.
• Serve as primary onsite IT support affiliate wide.
• Coordinate with MSP for resolution and perform onsite tasks requiring access to equipment.
