Job summary

Effortless Office is seeking an on-site IT Manager embedded with Sacramento SPCA to own the technology function end-to-end, from hands-on support to budgeting and vendor coordination. You will lead technology initiatives, report at weekly leadership meetings, and ensure secure, reliable operations across the client’s ecosystem.

You will work closely with EO’s MSP team, balance priorities, and mentor staff while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of broad IT experience (help desk, systems administration, MSP).
• Experience with MSP co-management preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Serve as IT authority for day-to-day technology function.
• Communicate IT changes clearly to staff and leadership.
• Balance budgets, vendor coordination, and IT roadmap.
• Setup staff with accounts, hardware, and first-week support.
• Maintain policies, disaster recovery, and security programs.
