The IT Service Manager will directly support the national network, drive service delivery standards, and coordinate with MSPs and hospital teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience.

Qualifications

• BS degree in IT or related field required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on IT support, systems administration or technical operations.
• Advanced experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong knowledge of the listed Microsoft 365 technologies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT support operations for a national hospital network.
• Manage MSP vendor relationships and SLAs; monitor performance trends.
• Enhance customer experience and coordination between hospitals and corporate teams.
• Develop and distribute regular IT performance and operational reports.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint.
• Lead technical escalations and collaborate with MSP engineering on deployments.
