Job summary

Sonnax Transmission Company in Trail, Oregon, is hiring an IT Site Administrator to provide on-site IT support, manage local endpoints, and maintain site infrastructure. You will partner with site leadership and central IT to ensure uptime and secure operations across production and office spaces.

You will participate in ERP migrations, hardware refreshes, and security initiatives, while documenting procedures and maintaining asset inventories.

Qualifications

• Two- or four-year degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in technical support, systems administration, or IT field services.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or warehouse environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support to end users and maintain local infrastructure.
• Coordinate deployments, upgrades, and corporate IT initiatives.
• Ensure security standards are followed and participate in audits.
• Support ERP migrations and hardware refresh projects.
