The Marmon Holdings, Inc. family invites you to join Sonnax Transmission Company's Platform IT team as an IT Site Administrator at our Holly Springs, NC facility.

You’ll be the on-site face of IT, delivering hands-on end-user support, maintaining local infrastructure, and partnering with central IT to keep systems secure and running smoothly. With 3–5 years in technical support or IT field services, you’ll help execute ERP migrations, hardware refreshes, and security initiatives while

Formación

• Two- or four-year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in technical support, systems administration, or IT field services.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environments is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site IT support for local users and escalate when needed.
• Maintain local infrastructure including servers, network gear, and cameras.
• Support ERP migrations, deployments, and hardware refreshes.
• Ensure security standards, audits, and access controls at the site.
• Maintain site hardware inventory and asset lifecycle.
