Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in IT operations/support within a complex IT infrastructure.
• Experience supporting automotive/manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT infrastructure support for office and production environments.
• Handle incident/problem/request management per service level objectives.
• Assist with patching, asset management, change management, and vendor interaction.
