Job summary

Unique Industries is seeking a Site IT Manager to lead IT support, infrastructure, and end-user computing for the manufacturing and distribution campus in Kentucky. This hands-on role blends IT engineering and managerial duties, guiding local staff and aligning IT services with business needs.

You will oversee system availability, security, and incidents, while collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, and IT Applications teams to drive continuous improvement and protect data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of progressive IT experience, 2+ years of experience managing or leading IT staff
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+/Security+, Microsoft Certified, Cisco CCNA, or ITIL preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations to ensure system availability, performance, and security
• Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Enter and track IT incidents using corporate ITSM
• Manage and mentor on-site IT staff
