Job summary

Momentum Behavior Services is seeking an in-person IT Helpdesk Technician to support our network of behavioral health clinics in Rochester, MN. You will be the first point of contact for technical support, manage end-user devices, provisioning, deployment, and on-site regional travel to clinics.

The role emphasizes patient service, troubleshooting, and collaboration with the IT Manager. This full-time, in-person position offers competitive hourly pay, mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of dedicated customer service experience.
Strong fundamental knowledge of Windows 11 and Android operating systems; MacOS/iOS a plus.

Responsibilities

Hardware Fleet Lifecycle: manage Windows laptops and Android tablets from unboxing to redeployment.
Tier 1 Technical Support: respond to tickets, calls and emails; troubleshoot software, connectivity and peripherals; manage email moderation.
Ticket Management & Escalation: document issues and escalate to IT Manager as needed.
Regional Clinic Support: travel to clinics in Rochester, Byron, Austin, Faribault, and Mankato as needed.
