Job summary

Meow Wolf in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an IT Helpdesk Engineer (Part-Time) to provide hands-on technical support for users and systems, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and maintain the helpdesk. The role requires 3+ years of IT experience and proficiency with Windows/macOS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.

You will configure devices, document solutions, coordinate with vendors, and help ensure operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional IT experience with at least Level 2 proficiency.
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS desktop operating systems.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware/software testing and troubleshooting.
• Experience with backup solutions, managed antivirus and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support.
• Research and resolve user-reported issues.
• Triage and manage tickets in the helpdesk system.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain macOS/Windows laptops/desktops and peripherals.
• Maintain desktop applications and document actions/resolutions.
