Job summary

Meow Wolf in Los Angeles is seeking a part-time IT Helpdesk Engineer to provide hands-on technical support for users and systems. The role includes troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, maintaining the helpdesk system, and deploying devices.

The position requires 3+ years of IT experience, proficiency with Windows and macOS, Google Workspace, and M365 administration. On-site work with occasional schedule flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional IT support experience at Level 2 or higher.
• Proficient with Windows and macOS desktop environments.
• Experience administering Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to users.
• Triage and resolve tickets in the helpdesk system.
• Configure and deploy macOS/Windows laptops and peripherals.
• Maintain desktop applications and perform preventive maintenance.
• Assist with AV setup for internal meetings and events.
• Coordinate with vendors for escalated support.
• Create and maintain installation and troubleshooting documentation.
