Job summary

Hyundai Autoever America seeks a MES Technician II to support MES systems and plant computers in our Savannah, GA facility. This 2nd shift role (2:30pm–11:30pm) is 100% onsite, requiring hands-on troubleshooting and Tier 1/2 support to ensure uninterrupted production.

The candidate will work with MES peers, perform routine maintenance, and assist with installations, printer/scanner setups, and network configurations. OT may be required during holidays or shutdowns.

Qualifications

• Ability to support 24x7 operations.
• Proficient with Windows OS and server operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Ability to read and follow complex work instructions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Manufacturing environment experience is a plus.
• Intermediate computer knowledge and network setup experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to problems with MES systems and plant computers.
• Complete periodic MES & HMGMA system checklists and maintenance.
• Respond promptly to issues and requests to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with MES team to resolve issues and escalate per standards.
• Work from control room and plant floor; OT as needed to support production.
• Reconfigure and replace computers, scanners, and printers as needed.
• Assist in installations and modifications of MES components.
