Job summary

Kelli’s Gifts is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide front-line IT support for our corporate office, distribution center, retail stores, and hospital gift shops. The role requires hands-on problem solving, clear communication, and timely ticket updates, with duties spanning Windows, Office 365, and POS device assistance.

This on-site position runs Monday–Friday from 8am to 5pm, offering exposure to end-user support, IT operations, and a growing retail technology footprint while

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on help desk or service desk experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows desktops and laptops.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and users.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi, VPN).
• Experience supporting POS hardware and printers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to employees across multiple locations (corporate, distribution, retail, hospital gift shops).
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 issues, software, printers, peripherals, and login problems.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook/Exchange Online/Teams/OneDrive/SharePoint/MFA).
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity (Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
• Assist retail locations with POS devices, registers, printers, scanners, and payment terminals.
