Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Field Services Technician to provide white glove level IT support regionally and nationwide.

You will handle on-site and remote assistance in a virtual desktop environment, install and configure IT hardware, and manage inventory within your region. The role requires 2+ years in IT Service Desk, familiarity with Office 365/AD, and knowledge of networking and remote access technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in IT Service Desk
• Experience with Office 365 and Active Directory
• Basic networking knowledge
• Familiar with remote access technologies

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional on-site support to users in their assigned region(s)
• Create, monitor, track, schedule, update and close tickets within ServiceNow within SLA
• Respond to and resolve tickets escalated from the Service Delivery teams to Field Services
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues as necessary
• Maintain, organize, and order stock of IT hardware within their region
• Establish and build relationships with local leadership and staff and seek solutions to improve their daily workflow
