Job summary

Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. You will perform hardware-focused break fix services on client products and report to the Territory Supervisor.

The role requires troubleshooting, repairs, and adherence to department guidelines to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling service calls, documenting activities, and maintaining asset control.

Qualifications

• Requires technical school certification or equivalent with 1–2 years in field.
• Ability to drive to client locations.
• Must own a basic repair tool kit.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic and moderately complex troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Deliver high level of customer service.
• Accept and complete service calls assigned.
• Complete administrative tasks for each call.
• Manage assets and inventory return.
• May guide colleagues as needed.
• Perform duties to meet business needs.
