Job summary

Gr8ttek is seeking a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. You will perform hardware-focused, break-fix services at client sites and troubleshoot to resolve issues following company guidelines.

Reporting to the Territory Supervisor, you will coordinate with teams, handle service calls, manage assets and inventory, and maintain clear communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Own a basic repair tool kit.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Accept and complete service calls assigned.
• Complete all administrative tasks for each call.
• Control and return assets and inventory.
• Take on other duties as needed.
• Possibly provide guidance to colleagues.
