Job summary

BC Tech Pro seeks a Computer Field Technician for Richfield, MN, handling hardware repairs and installations on laptops and desktops. You must have prior laptop/desktop hardware experience, and Dell/Lenovo certifications will be provided at no cost during onboarding.

The role is a 1099 contract with pay per ticket and weekly payouts. You will visit customer sites, log into the tech portal by 9 am daily to accept and update tickets, and coordinate onsite windows.

Qualifications

Experience with laptop and desktop hardware repairs and installations.
Dell and Lenovo certifications will be provided free of charge.
Contract role with pay per ticket and weekly payouts.

Responsibilities

Perform hardware repairs and installations on laptops and desktops.
Carry out Dell and Lenovo warranty service parts replacements.
Log into the technician portal by 9 am daily to accept tickets, update status, and map calls.
Contact customers to confirm onsite service windows.
Parts will be shipped to you and returns processed via provided labels.
