Job summary

BC Tech Pro is seeking a Computer Field Tech for on-site work in Southfield, MI. You will diagnose and repair laptop and desktop hardware, perform warranty service parts replacements, and coordinate with customers for on-site visits.

You will be onboarded with Dell and Lenovo certifications, and operate as a 1099 contract technician with pay tied to completed tickets. Reliable transportation and portal access are required to manage calls and updates.

Qualifications

• This role requires prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware.
• Onboarding includes Dell and Lenovo certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
• Log into the tech portal by 9 am and map out daily calls.
• Contact customers to schedule on-site service windows.
• Ship/return removed parts using provided labels and materials.
