Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for end-user and field technologies at the jobsite.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot networking equipment including firewalls, switches, and access points.
• Own issues through resolution, escalate as needed, and coordinate with other IT teams or vendors.
• Support mobilizations, site changes, and ongoing operations with project leadership.
