Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Education Qualifications:

Additional Job Description:
  • Based at a jobsite in Raleigh-Durham, supporting a dedicated project team at a large construction project.
  • Provide hands-on technical support for end-user and field technologies, including laptops, mobile devices, conference room technology, printers, peripherals, and related systems.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot networking technologies, including firewalls, switches, access points, VLANs, DHCP/DNS, and other jobsite network infrastructure.
  • Own technical issues through resolution, including troubleshooting, escalation, and coordination with other IT teams or vendors as needed.
  • Partner with project team leadership to support technology needs associated with mobilizations, site changes, workforce growth, and ongoing operations.
  • Build strong relationships with project teams, regional leadership, and other business partners by providing responsive support and taking ownership of the overall technology experience.
  • On-Site position, no remote or hybrid option.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
