Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• 2–4 years IT field support experience required.
• Networking/ITSM certification preferred.
• Successful background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on technical support for end‑user devices and field technologies (laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, conference room tech).
• Install, configure and troubleshoot networking infrastructure (firewalls, switches, VLANs, DHCP/DNS) at job sites.
• Maintain asset tracking and documentation in enterprise systems.
• Coordinate escalations with Infrastructure and Service Delivery teams and support project mobilizations.
