Deploys, supports, and maintains standardized technology environments at job sites and offices. Implements Meraki network equipment, conference room systems, and endpoint configurations in accordance with enterprise standards.
Based at an office in Houston, TX supporting the local Business Unit and surrounding jobsites, including travel between locations as required. Provide hands‑on technical support for end‑user and field technologies, including laptops, mobile devices, conference room technology, printers, peripherals, and related systems. Install, configure, and troubleshoot networking technologies, including firewalls, switches, access points, VLANs, DHCP/DNS, and other jobsite network infrastructure. Own technical issues through resolution, including troubleshooting, escalation, and coordination with other IT teams or vendors as needed. Partner with Business Unit and project team leadership to support technology needs associated with mobilizations, site changes, workforce growth, and ongoing operations. Build strong relationships with project teams, regional leadership, and other business partners by providing responsive support and taking ownership of the overall technology experience.
