Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an IT field support specialist to deploy, support, and maintain standardized technology environments at job sites and offices. You will implement Meraki network equipment, conference room systems, and endpoint configurations in line with enterprise standards.

The role requires 2–4 years in IT field support or networking, an associate degree in IT or related experience, and the ability to troubleshoot site‑level issues and document assets.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in IT field support, networking, or systems administration.

Responsibilities

• Deploys and configures jobsite network equipment and connectivity solutions.
• Installs and maintains field hardware, workstations, mobile devices, and site infrastructure.
• Troubleshoots and resolves site-level technical issues per service standards.
• Maintains asset tracking, recovery, and documentation within established systems.
• Supports project startup and closeout technology requirements.
• Coordinates escalations with Infrastructure and Service Delivery teams.
• Ensures field environments adhere to enterprise security and configuration standards.
