Qualificações

• 2–4 years of IT field support, networking, or systems administration experience.
• Associate’s degree in IT, CS, or related field preferred.
• Networking or IT service management certification preferred; background check required.

Responsabilidades

• Deploys and configures jobsite network equipment and connectivity.
• Installs and maintains field hardware, workstations, mobile devices, and site infrastructure.
• Troubleshoots and resolves site-level technical issues per service standards.
• Maintains asset tracking and documentation in established systems.
• Supports project startup and closeout technology requirements.
• Coordinates escalations with Infrastructure and Service Delivery teams.
