Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree or applicable certification preferred.
• COMPTIA A+ Core 1 and Core 2 certifications strongly valued.
• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals recommended.
• COMPTIA PC Pro certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, printers, and accounts.

• Resolve issues via in-person, phone, email, or ticketing systems.
• Assist with NetSuite, RF-Smart, and GlobalShop related inquiries.
• Escalate complex ERP issues to IT leadership or MSP.
