Job summary

ManpowerGroup, including the Experis brand, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to maintain our HQ IT infrastructure and ensure top-notch AV for meetings and events. This role delivers face-to-face support to HQ employees and visitors, resolving AV and conferencing issues while maintaining security and room consistency.

You will train staff on AV equipment and conferencing tools, work with stakeholders to plan room needs, and coordinate with NAIT teams as needed to deliver a seamless technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years' experience working with audio / video / communications technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Prepares meeting rooms for events and video conference sessions.
• Acts as HQ point of contact for IT support.
• Troubleshoots technology issues with visitor management system, AV equipment, and other HQ technology.
• Provides walk-up IT services for HQ employees and visitors.
• Assists with desk-side IT support at HQ as necessary.
• Administrator of Electronic Visitor Management System.
