Job summary

POET is seeking an IT Application Support Analyst to provide day-to-day support for enterprise applications in Sioux Falls, SD. The role focuses on triaging incidents, guiding resolution, and improving service quality for business users.

You will collaborate with IT leads, vendors, and users to resolve issues, document procedures, and enhance stability and user enablement. This on-site role offers growth opportunities within POET’s IT organization.

Qualifications

• Basic ITIL/ITSM understanding and incident handling.
• Ability to triage, prioritize, and resolve incidents.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Triage, categorize, and manage application incidents.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT leads during incidents.
• Create and maintain support documentation and runbooks.
• Provide user training and knowledge transfer.
