Job summary

RS Integrated Supply on-site warehouse associate role in Michigan focused on receiving, stocking, issuing and inventory accuracy within the storeroom. You will handle cycle counts, ERP entries and client interactions to fulfill parts requests and maintain stock integrity.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm with compensation of $20–$21 per hour. Candidates should have strong customer service, basic computer skills and attention to detail to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have strong interpersonal and phone skills.
• Basic computer proficiency including Windows and MS Office.
• Ability to learn part identification and inventory processes.
• Excellent customer service and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow site Safety and Security procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Provide professional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and SOPs.
• Unpack, verify, and enter receiving and inventory data in ERP systems.
• Issue materials to client; pull, stage and kit materials as needed.
• Store received material in correct locations and assist with tagging.
• Process returns for unused material per SOP guidelines.
• Prepare materials for return to vendor and for repair shipments.
• Perform cycle counts and report discrepancies for resolution.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and organize storeroom.
