Job summary

RS Integrated Supply in Bradley, IL is seeking an Inventory Specialist to join our on-site logistics team. You will handle receiving, stocking, issuing inventory, and maintain cycle counts while delivering professional service to clients.

The role requires accuracy, adherence to SOPs, and strong problem-solving skills to keep inventory aligned with client needs. Field-based work with ERP systems supports our fast-paced warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Follow site safety procedures and perform tasks safely.
• Provide professional customer service to internal and external clients.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOPs.
• Unpack received stock, verify against packing slips and PO, and enter data in ERP.
• Issue materials to client; pull, stage, and kit as needed.
• Place stock in correct locations; tag, re-pack, and deliver as required.
• Process returns and prepare parts for vendor return or repair.
• Conduct cycle counts and report discrepancies for resolution.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and relocate barcodes in ERP.
• Identify reorder needs based on on-hand quantities.
• Keep storeroom clean and organized; support special projects as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
