Job summary

RS Integrated Supply is seeking an on-site Storeroom/Inventory Clerk to manage receiving, stocking, issuing and inventory control. You will engage with clients to fulfill parts and inventory needs, locate stock, and ensure accurate ERP records. Attention to detail and strong customer service are essential.

The role involves cycle counts, material handling, and liaising with management to maintain inventory accuracy and timely deliveries. Prior experience in inventory systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to interface with internal/external customers.
• Excellent interpersonal and phone communication.
• Detail oriented and well organized with ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow all site Safety and Security Procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Provide professional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Unpack stock, verify against packing slip/PO, enter receiving data in ERP.
• Issue materials to client and manage stock, including staging and kanban.
• Place received material into storage, perform tagging and relocations in ERP.
• Prepare material for return to vendor and for repair shipments.
• Perform cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Maintain storeroom organization and inventory accuracy.
