Job summary

RS Integrated Supply is seeking an on-site storeroom specialist to support receiving, stocking, issuing, and inventory accuracy. You will use ERP systems to track inventory, verify parts against packing slips and POs, and prepare items for delivery or return.

The role emphasizes customer service with internal and external clients, adherence to safety and SOPs, cycle counts, and maintaining organized storage. Strong communication and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and phone skills.
• Basic computer proficiency in Windows and MS Office.
• Ability to learn and demonstrate proficiency in part identification.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication.
• Detail oriented and well-organized.
• Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines.
• Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow site safety and security procedures and perform tasks safely.
• Provide professional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Unpack, verify, and receive materials; enter data into ERP.
• Issue materials to clients; pull, stage, and kit as needed.
• Place received material in storage locations and handle tagging/relocation.
• Perform cycle counts and report stock discrepancies to management.
• Maintain storeroom cleanliness and organize inventory.
• Support projects and other duties as assigned.
