Job summary

RS Integrated Supply in St. Louis is seeking an on-site Storeroom Associate to handle receiving, stocking, issuing, and inventory control with a strong focus on customer service and accurate ERP data entry.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, parts provisioning, stock location, and coordination with clients to fulfill Kanban and inventory requests while maintaining safety and procedural compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and phone skills.
• Basic computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn and demonstrate proficiency in part identification.

Responsibilities

• Follow all site Safety and Security Procedures; perform tasks safely and report hazards.
• Provide professional customer service to internal and external customers and report concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and SOPs.
• Unpack, verify against packing slip/PO, and enter receiving and inventory information in ERP.
• Issue materials; pull, stage, and kit as required.
• Store received material correctly; tag, repack, deliver as needed.
• Process returns for unused material per SOP.
• Prepare material for return to vendor and for repair shipments.
• Perform cycle counts and report stock balance discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and update ERP with relocations.
• Verify on-hand quantities and identify reorder needs.
• Keep storeroom clean and organized and support special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
