Job summary

RS Integrated Supply in McPherson, KS, is seeking an on-site storeroom associate to handle receiving, stocking, issuing and inventory accuracy. You will perform cycle counts, verify stock against POs, and enter data into ERP systems while delivering outstanding service to internal and external customers.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines. Training provided; the schedule starts M-F and shifts evolve after training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Provide professional customer service to internal/external customers.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOPs.
• Receive stock, verify against packing slips/POs, and enter data into ERP.
• Issue materials, pull, stage, and kit as required.
• Store received material in correct locations and manage tagging.
• Process returns and prepare materials for vendor/repair per SOPs.
• Perform cycle counts and report discrepancies for resolution.
• Maintain storeroom inventory accuracy and organize space.
