Job summary

Threshold Brands, a Cleveland-based multi-brand franchisor, seeks an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to manage inventory and coordinate deliveries between the St. Clair and 26th St. locations.

This on-site role requires weekly travel by personal vehicle and a detail-oriented approach within a small manufacturing team. You will oversee supplier relationships, purchasing, production scheduling, and shipping logistics, preparing reports and maintaining ERP data.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inventory, logistics, purchasing, or related operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for weekly travel between Saint Clair and 26th St.
• Working knowledge of logistics and ERP systems; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify vendors to maintain inventory levels.
• Monitor vendor performance and update management on pricing or service changes.
• Source potential new vendors to address supply shortages and rising prices.
• Purchase raw materials and issue Purchase Orders.
• Manage inventory, packaging, and facility supplies across both locations.
• Receive inventory into the ERP system and maintain records.
• Run weekly inventory reports and conduct cycle counts.
• Update ERP with changes and analyze purchasing data.
• Propose production schedules based on orders and seasonality.
• Coordinate outbound freight and shipments; monitor deliveries to customers.
• Travel between St. Clair and 26th St. locations weekly.
