Pro Staff in Lima, OH is seeking a detail-oriented Production Control Coordinator for a temporary, full-time onsite role. This position focuses on inventory analysis, materials coordination, and production planning to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in production control or related fields, strong Excel and ERP experience, and the ability to collaborate with scheduling, logistics, and manufacturing teams to resolve supply chain issues and ensure timely

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Production Control, Materials Management, Inventory Control, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems such as SAP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, MRP, and inventory management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential material shortages.
• Analyze part availability, shipping status, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate expedited shipments to support production schedules.
• Prioritize material allocations and customer orders based on business needs.
• Track inventory, rack availability, shipping progress, and transportation schedules.
• Collaborate with scheduling, logistics, production, and customer teams to resolve supply chain issues.
• Maintain accurate records using SAP, Excel, and other production control systems.
• Investigate shortages, inventory discrepancies, and delivery concerns while providing timely updates.
