Job summary

Threshold Brands, LLC is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to manage inventory levels at the St. Clair and 26th St. locations, coordinate deliveries, and support purchasing for a small manufacturing team.

This on-site role requires weekly travel between locations using a personal vehicle, strong attention to detail, and solid experience with ERP systems and inventory management. You will help schedule production and ensure accurate records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inventory, logistics, purchasing, or similar operations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for regular travel between St. Clair and 26th St. locations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Working knowledge of logistics and ERP software; training provided.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving; works well independently and in a team.
• Wage range: $25–$30 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify vendors to maintain inventory levels.
• Monitor vendor performance and advise on pricing or service changes.
• Source new vendors to address supply shortages.
• Purchase raw materials and place orders to replenish inventory.
• Manage inventory across two locations and track packing.
• Update ERP system and run reports to monitor inventory.
• Propose production scheduling based on orders and seasonality.
• Coordinate outbound freight and shipments; ensure on-time delivery.
• Travel between St. Clair and 26th St. locations weekly using personal vehicle.
• File incident reports with carriers for refunds.
• Assist with office coordination of operational apps.
