Job summary

RectorSeal in Houston, TX is seeking an Inventory Lead for an on-site, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM role, Monday through Friday. You will manage cycle counts, correct variances, and support Receiving/Shipping to maintain accurate stock data.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, ERP experience, and strong inventory control skills. Competitive hourly pay with benefits and OT opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory control.
• Ability to operate RF scanners and perform cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Run inventory reports in JDE to identify and correct discrepancies.
• Perform special counts and cycle counts as assigned.
• Operate RF scanners and investigate variances.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Shipping and Receiving to locate missing products.
• Provide accurate cycle count data for reporting and metrics.
• Follow safety policies and perform daily inventory tasks.
