Job summary

RectorSeal, based in Houston, Texas, is seeking an Inventory Lead to perform daily inventory functions, including cycle counting and variance resolution. This on-site hourly role runs 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with possible overtime during peak times and year-end.

The role requires JDE proficiency, RF scanner use, and collaboration with Manufacturing, Shipping and Receiving to locate missing products and reduce variances.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• ERP/JDE experience.
• Inventory control experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
• Must operate forklift/scissor-lift and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Run inventory reports in JDE to identify and correct discrepancies.
• Perform special counts as assigned.
• Set up and run cycle counts in JDE.
• Run variance reports and recounts.
• Provide accurate cycle count data for reporting.
• Operate RF scanners and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure materials are properly stored and packaged.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Shipping and Receiving to locate missing products.
• Periodic audits of Cycle Count Team and Receiving.
