Porter Logistics is seeking an Inventory Control Lead to own accuracy and organization of warehouse inventory—from cycle counts to discrepancy resolution and WMS recordkeeping. This on-site role supports operations, client success, and customer teams, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and accurately.

The position emphasizes proactive problem solving, clear communication, and collaboration across departments with standard hours 7am–5pm.

Formación

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment; previous inventory experience is preferred.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Clear, professional communication skills across internal and external teams.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Previous exposure to a WMS system.

Responsabilidades

• Perform regular cycle counts across client inventory sections to verify accuracy and catch discrepancies early.
• Investigate and resolve differences between physical inventory and recorded levels.
• Update and maintain inventory records in Porter's WMS and reconcile against client WMS systems.
• Partner with warehouse operations, leadership, customer success and clients to address inventory needs and resolve issues.
