Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience, or High School Diploma/GE Diploma with 6+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control processes for the warehouse, including physical counts and logistics, ensuring adequate material and product levels while evaluating needs and implementing strategies to meet them.
• Count and reconcile physical inventory daily, making system adjustments as necessary, including daily cycle counts and full weekly inventory.
• Ensure FIFO rotation and establish procedures for incoming/outgoing products to ensure proper rotation.
• Maintain records to facilitate shortage detection, prepare reports on inventory analysis and shrinkage, and contribute to inventory optimization.
• Independently evaluate data on production needs and inventory to ensure adequate stock per cycles and needs.
• Prepare and implement logical organization (slotting) of warehouse products and work with procurement to improve supply chain.
