Job summary

TestEquity LLC is seeking a Location Support Specialist to stock and manage vendor managed inventory on-site at designated locations. The role ensures VMI areas are clean, safe, organized, and accurately reflected in the VMI software, while providing exceptional customer service.

You will receive shipments, perform cycle counts, resolve on-site issues, and coordinate with the sales team to fulfill customer needs. Travel to customer sites and teamwork are essential components of this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• Inventory management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites in designated area.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Effective communicator able to interact with customers and sales team in person, by phone, and via email.
• Proficient with required software including Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
• Stockroom experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives and stocks weekly and emergency replenishment shipments.
• Inspects replenishment shipments for correct quantities and products.
• Completes inventory cycle counts weekly or quarterly.
• Maintains clean, safe, organized, and properly labeled VMI areas.
• Resolves on-site customer issues promptly to retain loyalty.
• Collaborates with team to meet on-site goals and resolve issues.
• Interacts with customers to discuss on-site needs and notifies sales team.
• Communicates regularly with sales team and customers as needed.
• Takes ownership of meeting individual and team metrics.
• Completes administrative tasks on non-scheduled stock days (up to 2 hours/week).
• Indirectly responsible for product quality.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
