Job summary

TestEquity Hisco Group is seeking a Location Support Specialist to stock and manage vendor managed inventory on site at various locations. You will ensure areas are clean, safe, organized, and labeled, and that physical inventory levels reflect accurately in our vendor managed inventory software.

Requirements include 2+ years of customer service, a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• You must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Inventory management experience is preferred.
• Must pass a background clearance and drug screening.
• Must be willing to travel to customer sites in the designated area.

Responsibilities

• Receives and stocks weekly and emergency replenishment shipments.
• Inspects replenishment shipments for correct quantities and products.
• Performs inventory cycle counts weekly or quarterly.
• Maintains clean, safe, organized, and accurately labeled vendor managed inventory areas.
• Resolves on-site customer issues promptly to retain loyalty.
• Collaborates with sales team to fulfill on-site needs.
