Job summary

Medline in Elmhurst, IL seeks an on-site inventory professional to organize stock, manage par levels, and handle ordering, receiving, and billing of Medline products at the customer site.

The role requires 2+ years in inventory or warehousing, SAP and Excel proficiency, and strong analytical skills. This position supports on-site operations and inventory optimization for the customer facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years inventory or warehousing experience.
• Experience with SAP or equivalent enterprise system.
• Experience with Excel.
• Ability to organize products and materials.
• Ability to adapt to a changing business environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inventory counts weekly at Customer Location.
• Submit Consignment orders for Medline-provided materials and communicate needs for the customer's direct materials.
• Receive deliveries in all bulk warehouse areas and replenish par areas within facilities from bulk warehouse.
• Maintain FEFO (First Expired First Out) Organization of Supplies and materials.
• Work with Customer Administrators and Site Supervisors to optimize target inventory levels.
• Communicate and resolve Operations Service Issues with Medline Service Team and coordinate replacements.
• Perform monthly billing for Medline consigned materials.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Medline Corporate Accounts Director.
