Meds.com in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a Senior Warehouse Associate to join our onsite team. You will manage shipping operations, maintain accurate inventory records, and support the warehouse across multiple facilities as needed.

Qualifications

3–5 years or more in general warehouse operations.
Proficient with shipping software and ERP systems.
Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Able to lift up to 75 lbs and operate pallet jacks/forklifts.
Forklift certification required; OSHA training preferred.
Driver’s license with clean driving record.
Experience with NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

Accurately and efficiently manage inbound and outbound shipping processes.
Maintaining real-time records to improve monthly inventory counts.
Comfortably leveraging software systems for data entry and inventory transfer management.
Coordinate freight shipments and prepare/sign paperwork as needed.
Relay shipping-related information to logistics teams and resolve issues.
Submit and follow up on damage claims with carriers.
General warehouse duties including stocking and stock checks.
Use forklifts and pallet jacks to store/pull inventory; adhere to FIFO.
Contribute to warehouse organization and cleanliness.
