Job summary

Del Medical is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in Bloomingdale, IL to maintain accurate inventory, track serialized components, and support production and field service operations. This role emphasizes accountability, organization, and hands-on material handling in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will manage cycle counts, verify inbound/outbound shipments, and collaborate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies while ensuring safety and efficiency on the warehouse floor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inventory control, warehouse, or logistics experience.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Experience with ERP or inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail—mistakes are not your standard.
• Ability to work independently and stay accountable.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Maintain near-perfect inventory accuracy (cycle counts, audits, reconciliation).
• Track and manage serialized, high-value components.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies quickly and thoroughly.
• Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and system-tracked.
• Manage and process inventory picks and delivery parts to required assembly lines.
• Assist with intake, evaluation and disposition of non-conforming parts and customer returns.
• Assist with supplier follow ups to process and close return to vendor inventory.
